Mise Portal ("Mise", "we") is a client portal for creative studios. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, write to support@miseportal.com.
We use your data to operate Mise: to run your workspace, process payments, release vault files when invoices are paid, keep accounts secure, and provide support. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your studio's files or client data for advertising.
We share data only with the processors that run the service:
We also share data when the law requires it, or to protect the security of the service and our users.
Mise uses cookies and browser storage for one purpose: keeping you signed in. We do not run advertising trackers.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete projects and files from your workspace at any time. If you close your account, we delete your studio data; backups expire on their normal cycle. Invoices already issued may be retained in summary form where tax or accounting rules require it.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest through our infrastructure providers, and access to production systems is limited. No system is perfectly secure — if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately and change your credentials.
You can access, correct, or delete your personal information from your workspace settings, or by writing to support@miseportal.com. We respond to privacy requests within 30 days.
Mise is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy here with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of Mise after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
